Oniline Purchase Terms:
1. Placing an order on the Nanogold website constitutes full acceptance of all sales policies and purchasing conditions. Once an order has been successfully registered, modifications or cancellations will not be possible except in specific cases outlined in the Return & Cancellation Policy.
2. Product pricing and availability are updated continuously in accordance with live market rates. Nanogold is under no obligation to maintain a specific price or reserve product availability for any period of time.
3. All payments must be completed exclusively through the official payment gateways available on the website. Payments must be made using a bank card registered under the purchaser’s name.
4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information shall remain the responsibility of the purchaser
5. Delivery timelines may vary depending on shipping conditions and destination. Nanogold is committed to dispatching and delivering orders within the estimated timeframe provided.
Return & Order Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of gold and fine jewelry products, as well as the continuous fluctuation of gold market prices, customers acknowledge and agree to the following conditions upon placing an order:
1. Once an order has been finalized and payment has been confirmed, cancellation requests or refunds cannot be accepted under any circumstances. This policy is enforced due to ongoing fluctuations in gold pricing.
2. In exceptional circumstances, and solely upon approval by Nanogold’s sales specialists, order cancellations or refunds may be considered.
3. If a payment issue occurs as a result of technical errors, outdated pricing, system malfunctions during checkout, or discrepancies in product pricing or quantity, Nanogold reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
4. In such cases, only the exact amount originally paid by the customer will be refunded. No recalculation based on updated gold prices or gold weight will apply.
5. Refunds will only be processed to the same bank account used for the original payment transaction.
6. Refund processing through banking systems may require a minimum of three business days or longer.
Order Registration Policy:
1. Registering an order does not constitute a finalized purchase or product reservation. Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully completed and approved.
2. Product prices may change instantly based on market fluctuations. If payment is not completed promptly, the order will be subject to updated pricing, and Nanogold holds no responsibility for preserving previous prices.
3. Customers are required to provide accurate personal and banking information. In cases of incomplete, inaccurate, or mismatched information, Nanogold reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
4. In the event of suspicious payment activity or inconsistencies in payment details — including payments made using another individual’s bank card — Nanogold reserves the right to cancel the order and process the refund according to the stated policies.
5. Orders will be dispatched only after full payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping destination and postal conditions.
Payment Policy:
1. All payments must be completed exclusively through the official payment gateways provided on the website using a bank card registered under the purchaser’s name.
2. In the event of incomplete transactions or failed payments, Nanogold bears no responsibility for maintaining the original product price. The final amount payable will be recalculated according to the current market rate at the time payment is completed.
3. Invoice Issuance
For gold jewelry products — including rings, bracelets, necklaces, and similar items — an official invoice containing complete details such as gold weight, craftsmanship fees, taxes, and product specifications will be issued.
However, due to the investment nature of gold bars and gold coins, and the absence of craftsmanship charges or detailed specifications, official invoices are not provided for these items.
For purchases involving gold bars or gold coins, an official payment receipt or internal store receipt will be issued as valid proof of purchase.
Customers may view, download, or print eligible invoices through the “My Orders” section within their user account.
4.Once payment has been successfully completed, the final product price becomes fixed and cannot be altered under any circumstances — including increases or decreases in market prices — except in cases involving verified system errors.
